It is illegal to sell alcohol to people under the age of 18 under Hong Kong jurisdiction. By placing an order, the Customer confirms that he/she is 18 years old or above (in case of a Hong Kong resident), or at or above the legal drinking age in his/her living area. The Customer shall ensure that no person shall use his/her login to purchase alcohol products and a person aged 18 or above (identification required) must be present to take delivery (within Hong Kong) or delivery shall be withdrawn and attempted at another time agreed. |

The Company shall make every reasonable effort to ensure that prices, details and sizes of products on this website are up to date. Prices are subject to changes without prior notice and all orders are subject to Company’s acceptance at its sole discretion and stock availability. |

The Company shall make every reasonable effort to ensure products displayed on the website are in stock unless otherwise specified. If from time to time products become out of stock, the Company reserves the right to offer alternative product(s) to the Customer. |

Before placing an order, the Customer must be satisfied with the information provide in this website. The Customer is required to place order by sending an email to the Company ([email protected]). The Customer must provide the Company with the accurate, complete and up-to-date information to allow the Company to process the order including but not limited to :- – Full name, address and contact telephone no. – Order item and quantity
Confirmation of order and payment instruction will be sent to the Customer within 3 days after receipt of Customer order.
5. Shipping Terms 5.1 Local Delivery – Free shipping will be offered for order over HKD 2000 . For order under HKD2000, HKD100 for shipping charges will apply for delivery within Hong Kong. A. In most cases the Company engages local courier for logistics services within Hong Kong. B. The Company will ship all wines from May to Sep in Chilled condition to protect your collectibles from the unbearable heat; C. The Company could deliver to most addresses in Hong Kong, Kowloon, and the New Territories D. The Company will notify the Customer in the event that the logistic agent could not reach her/his address. Extra charges would be discussed on a case by case basis. E. Most delivery will be arranged in 3-4 working days once the order is confirmed. F. The Customer can choose her/his own time slot for delivery, 09:00-12:00, 12:00-18:00, 18:00-21:00 5.2 International Deliveries – Our international shipping rates are quoted door to door, but do not include any local import duty or taxes that may or may not be payable in the chosen country of delivery. The Customer should verify whether any taxes or duties may be payable prior to placing the orders. No cancellations or returns will be accepted. 5.3 Non-pickup / non-delivery 5.3.1 The Company has the right to charge storage fees for storing the wine in the event that: A. Wine is non-deliverable within two months of purchase due to customer’s failure to notify the Company of change of address or the Company is otherwise unable to contact customer; or B. A customer refuses to take delivery of the wine within two months of purchase. 5.3.2 In the event that the wine has not been collected / delivered and the storage fees referred to above have not been paid for 1 year from notification by the Company that the wine is ready, then the Company has the right to dispose of the wine with no further notice to the Customer. The Company shall have no liability to the customer in respect of disposal of the wine in such circumstances. 5.3.3 Storage fees will be charged at 1% of purchase price per bottle per month (30 calendar days, storage for part of a month will be charged as a month). Storage fee must be fully settled prior to delivery of the wines.

6. Breakage |

The Customer is requested to examine the goods immediately upon delivery for any deficiencies and/or damages. Claims for the reason of breakage (if any) must be lodged to our customer service hotline +852 2607 4050 at the time of delivery. Otherwise the Company shall have the discretion to refuse the claim after delivery. The duty of care after delivery rests solely on the Customer.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, the People’s Republic of China and the Customer and the Company agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts. The Company may revise these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. If any dispute arises, the Company’s determination shall be final. Where these terms and conditions are available in Chinese, the English version is the governing version and shall prevail whenever there is a discrepancy between the two versions.
